In this position, you will personify the Highgate brand and core values of integrity, devotion, energy, innovation and leadership. QUALIFICATIONS:
- 21 years of age
- Ability to make outside sales calls
- Sales and marketing experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Presents persuasively and with conviction
- Cheerful, creative personality
- Effective problem-solving, interpersonal, organizational, and computer skills
- Ability to relate positively, effectively and appropriately with residents, family members, community members, volunteers and team members
- Flexibility in working evenings, nights and weekends as needed – some overnight travel may be required
- Posses a valid driver’s license and have access to a personal vehicle
- Ability to drive Highgate vehicles and pass driving background check
- Current or obtain CPR & First Aid certification
- Current TB test
- Health screening & finger printing (California and Arizona only)
- Negative criminal record/background statement
- Must meet all criteria as required by state and local licensing agencies
