Duties and Responsibilities:
- Advise the Board of Supervisors on matters related to County Ordinances, budgeting, and zoning regulations.
- Represent the County in court proceedings, negotiate contracts and leases, and collect delinquent fees.
- Provide legal guidance to constitutional officers, building administrators, and planning commission members.
Requirements:
- Current Virginia Bar license.
- Five (5) or more years of experience in local government law.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Prior experience in zoning matters is a plus.
