Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate various projects within our organization. The Project Manager will play a crucial role in program development, business process modeling, and the successful execution of contracts.
Duties
- Oversee project coordination from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Supervise project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets in accordance with PMBOK standards.
- Utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies to identify process improvements and enhance efficiency.
- Facilitate communication among stakeholders using tools such as Confluence and Basecamp.
- Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates on progress, risks, and issues.
- Implement business process modeling techniques to streamline operations and improve workflows.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and manage relationships with external partners.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management or related field, with a strong emphasis on project coordination.
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma principles is preferred.
- Proficient in using project management tools such as Confluence and Basecamp.
- Knowledge of PMBOK guidelines and best practices for effective project management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive results.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for stakeholder engagement.
- Experience in program development is a plus.
