Job Description
Highland Tank operates seven state-of-the-art fabrication facilities. We are proud to offer the security of decades of full service by a sound company that has grown to become the nation’s premier steel tank manufacturer. Highland Tank is looking for a Coater to join our team in Clarkston, MI.
Job Duties:
The Coater will:
- Utilize a spray gun to apply coatings to steel tanks
- Effectively mix coatings
- Blast support as needed
- Develop a working knowledge of production environment
- Safely operate overhead cranes to move tanks
- Follow all company safety guidelines
- Interpersonal skills
- Coating experience is preferred
Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Plant Manager.
Required Skills:
·Ability to follow written instructions in English in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
·Ability to follow safety rules and regulations.
·Ability to work overtime as needed.
Wage increase to $24.62 after 180 days. Benefits include a Low Deductible Comprehensive Medical Plan with a $0 Employee Contribution for Individual Coverage.
