What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Receptionist position at Highlands Optometry?
Seeking a member for our front desk staff. Positive anttitude and ability to multi task are essential. Responsibilities include greeting patients, checking in, verifying insurance and patient information, scheduling appointments, answering phones, filing claims, selling contact lenses and checking out/collecting payments. Experience in optometric office setting preferred but not required.
Benefits include monthly bonus potential, 2 weeks PTO, 1 week sick leave, material benefits for self and family available after 90 days. 401k after 1 year.
