Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Licensed Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our Skilled Nursing Facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for resident care, and a comprehensive understanding of regulatory requirements. This role is essential in ensuring the facility operates efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the Skilled Nursing Facility.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance resident care and facility efficiency.
  • Lead and mentor a team of healthcare professionals, including nursing staff and administrative personnel.
  • Manage budgets, financial reports, and resource allocation to ensure the facility's financial stability.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes professional growth and development.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and external partners.
  • Handle resident and family concerns with compassion and professionalism.
  • Conduct regular facility audits to ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and care.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve facility operations.


Qualifications:

  • Current and valid Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations governing long-term care facilities.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with a track record of successful team building.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional care and services to residents.
