Highlight is seeking a Purchase Card Program Coordinator to support USAID's Office of Acquisition and Assistance (OAA). You are responsible for supporting the management of the USAID GSA SmartPay3 - Purchase Card Program.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to Agency Program Coordinator (APC).
- Assist Agency Purchase Card Participants and both internal and external stakeholders with questions related to the Purchase Card Program.
- Maintain documentation related to the Purchase Card Program for all the following key areas :
- Washington and Mission Cardholders / Approving Officials
- Designated Billing Offices
- Inactive and Deactivated cards
- Cardholder authorization levels
- Internal and External Audits
- Provide and track training (as needed) to all agency purchase card participants.
- Perform outreach and liaison with all USAID Bureau / Independent Office / Mission participants, the card issuing bank and both internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage purchase card accounts : Process new applications, increase and decrease in spending thresholds, personnel data / location, close accounts, transfer accounts, audit and review of account spending, merchant category code templates and website administration.
