Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper/Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for daily data entry, financial record-keeping, maintaining financial reports, performing account reconciliations, and assisting with financial analysis.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of general ledger accounting
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy
- Utilize Excel and Xero for financial data entry and reporting
- Assist in financial report writing and analysis
- Apply financial acumen to support decision-making processes
- Collaborate with the team to ensure compliance with financial management practices
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products and QuickBooks Desktop software
- Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting principles
- Experience in financial analysis and reporting
- Ability to perform bank reconciliations accurately
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
