The Hightstown Housing Authority (HHA) is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our team as Executive Director of its 100-unit Public Housing facility.
Responsibilities
- Lead a high-performing team with a focus on resident satisfaction and fiscal responsibility
- Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and improvement
- Maintain relationships with stakeholders, including residents, staff, and community partners
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- At least 5 years of experience in multifamily housing management
- PHM designation within 18 months of employment
- Certification from IREM as a CPM is highly desirable
