Primary Responsibilities:
- Boat Design: Collaborate with Pavati customers on the pre-production design of their wake and drift boats. Key areas of focus include interior design (paint & powder coat, upholstery, and gator step), and exterior design (vinyl wrap). The design process is iterative with mock-ups exchanged between the Graphics Designer, customer, and the Pavati Sales personnel. The process concludes with customer sign-off on the final design.
- Boat Wrap production: Oversee the wide-format printing of vinyl wraps to be affixed to customers' boats.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Design and Branding: Develop and execute compelling visuals, including logos, social media graphics, advertisements, brochures, and presentations, adhering to brand guidelines.
- Digital Content Creation: Design graphics for websites, email campaigns, social media platforms, and online ads to engage our audience effectively.
- Print Materials: Create print-ready files for banners, flyers, trade show displays, and other promotional materials.
- Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines, and budgets. maintain high standards of quality.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field or equivalent work experience.
- 4 years of Visual or Multimedia Design experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud products (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop).
- Proven experience in graphic design, with a portfolio that showcases your artistic prowess and proficiency.
- Solid understanding of color theory and color modes, when to use and why. Exceptional creativity and a keen eye for detail.
- Blender 3D experience preferred.
- Photography and photo processing experience preferred
- Experience operating wide format printing is preferred
- Experience with the preflight print process, RIP software, and cutter is preferred.
- Strong project management skills and strong ability to multitask, organize, facilitate, and collaborate within cross-functional teams.
