- Experience
Minimum of 2 years installing residential systems and home automation / entertainment hardware
Passionate about smart home technology and excited to learn new advancements
Exceptional attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset
Willingness to guide junior technicians and share knowledge
Strong interpersonal skills for client, contractor, and team interactions
Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to lift up to 25 pounds
