Requirements : Experience : Minimum of 2 years installing residential systems and home automation / entertainment hardwareTechnical Interest : Passionate about smart home technology and excited to learn new advancementsProfessionalism & Detail-Oriented : Exceptional attention to detail and a team-oriented mindsetMentorship : Willingness to guide junior technicians and share knowledgeCommunication : Strong interpersonal skills for client, contractor, and team interactionsAdditional : Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to lift up to 25 pounds
