Hikma Pharmaceuticals USA Inc. seeks an experienced Senior Analyst, Contract Operations to join their team.
About the Position
The Senior Analyst, Contract Operations will be responsible for implementing and executing contract language in the Revenue Management System, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
Key Accountabilities
- Manage Trade Notification Requests: Collaborate with Internal Stakeholders to review Trade Notification requests and resolve any potential issues that may delay the notification.
- Develop and Communicate Trade Notifications: Develop and communicate Trade Notifications to Internal Stakeholders and External Channel Partners by established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Lead Contract Mass Actions: Facilitate the Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposal (RFP) processes, collaborating with Internal Stakeholders to gather business requirements and meet deadlines.
- Prepare CRM Opportunity Materials: Prepare all CRM Opportunity materials, including Product Additions, Product Removals, and Price Modification Letters, with attention to detail and submission to customers by required deadline.
Further Responsibilities
- Assist with New Product Launches: Prepare Trade Stocking Allowance Letters and distribute to Customers and Internal Stakeholders by established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Conduct Quality Reviews: Conduct quality reviews on contract notifications to Internal Stakeholders and External Distribution Channel Partners in a timely manner.
- Maintain Contract Records: Maintain accurate records of contract supporting documentation for all contract changes in the Revenue Management System during the Contract Maintenance process to support external and internal audits.

- Proven track record of managing multiple priorities, meeting deadlines, and working collaboratively across functions.
- Strong self-motivation, sound judgment, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to quickly learn and apply new knowledge of industry, business models, products, and technology.
