Job Description

Responsibilities
- Deliver sales results to meet the budget goals of the company.
- Manage and build customer relationships at assigned national accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and achievement of revenue targets.
- Develop and implement innovative sales initiatives that support overall business strategy, drive market penetration, and enhance market positioning.
- Shape the direction of pricing and contracting strategies, leveraging market insights and competitive analysis to optimize revenue and profitability in the commercial animal health markets.
- Identify and pursue strategic partnerships to bolster Hikma's animal health business, driving expansion into new markets and therapeutic areas.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in business, science or equivalent with 10 plus years of experience in pharmaceuticals and sales management.
- Experience in animal health or veterinary space required.
