Hill International is seeking a Project Engineer in Columbus, Ohio
Responsibilities
- Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor assigned projects
- Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications
- Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field
- Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status
- Cooperate and communicate effectively with construction manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support
- Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent from an accredited university
- 3 years of engineering/construction experience
- Passed Fundamentals of Engineering exam is a plus
- Water/Wastewater experience is a plus
- Proficiency with MS Office software required
- P6 scheduling experience is a plus
