Responsibilities
- Generating insurance quotes and issuing Insurance Documentation (COI, ID cards, etc.)
- Process customer policy change requests.
- Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
- Provides ongoing support to insurance clients as needed.
- Educate clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs
