Position Overview

Hilldrup is seeking a highly skilled Compensation & Benefits Manager to join our dynamic Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our employee benefits programs, compensation structure, and HRIS systems. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring that Hilldrup remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent while providing a seamless employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Benefits Management : Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives. Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations.
  • Compensation : Develop and manage the company’s compensation structure, including salary benchmarking, incentive programs, and performance management systems. Conduct market analyses to ensure competitive pay practices.
  • HRIS : Lead the administration and optimization of the HRIS system, ensuring accurate and efficient data management.
  • Compliance : Ensure all benefit, compensation, and HRIS processes comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Employee Support : Serve as a resource for employees, providing guidance on benefits, compensation, and HRIS-related inquiries.
  • Strategic Planning : Partner with senior leadership to align benefits, compensation, and HRIS strategies with the company's goals and long-term vision.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in benefits, compensation, and HRIS management.
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws related to compensation and benefits.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems (experience with specific HRIS software, e.g., ADP is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or CCP certification is preferred.
