Responsibilities :

  • Oversee and manage the maintenance department, ensuring all facilities and equipment are properly maintained and repaired
  • Develop and implement maintenance procedures and protocols to ensure efficient operations
  • Coordinate and prioritize maintenance projects, including scheduling and assigning tasks to maintenance staff
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify any issues or potential problems
  • Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and minimize downtime
  • Manage the budget for the maintenance department, including tracking expenses and making cost-effective decisions
  • Train and supervise maintenance staff, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and inspections

    • Experience :

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a maintenance role, preferably in a leadership or management position
  • Strong knowledge of building systems and equipment, including both high voltage and low voltage systems
  • Proven experience in project management, including planning, budgeting, and execution
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly identify issues and implement effective solutions
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
