Hilltop Residential is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead and oversee the general marketing function for our growing multifamily ownership and management company. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive leasing success, and support overall company growth. The Marketing Manager will lead a team of two Marketing Coordinators and a Marketing Associate and report directly to the Managing Director of HR and Marketing.

Essential Responsibilities :
Develop and execute strategic marketing plans that align with business goals and drive brand awareness.Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Marketing Coordinators and a Marketing Associate, ensuring effective collaboration and professional development.Oversee all digital marketing efforts, including website management, SEO strategies, and online advertising to maximize lead generation and engagement.Manage and enhance the company's online reputation by overseeing review responses, reputation management tools, and engagement strategies.Analyze marketing performance metrics and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize campaigns and initiatives.Lead marketing efforts related to property acquisitions and dispositions, ensuring seamless transitions and communication.Oversee the development and execution of creative marketing collateral, property photography, and branding materials to maintain consistency across all properties.Manage the planning and execution of social media strategies, ensuring a consistent and engaging presence across platforms.Develop and implement training programs and resources for onsite teams, including tutorial videos and marketing best practice guides.Evaluate and implement new marketing technologies, tools, and partnerships to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Requirements :
5 years of experience in a marketing role, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.Multifamily industry experience strongly preferred.Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop employees.Exceptional project management skills and attention to detail.Proven experience with digital marketing, social media management, and online advertising strategies.Demonstrated ability to analyze marketing data and make data-driven decisions.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and similar design tools.Experience working with CRM and marketing platforms such as Knock, RealPage, and Jonah.Knowledge of various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter, from a business perspective.Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Applicants are evaluated on the basis of job qualifications—not race, color, religion, creed, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, veteran, marital or domestic partner status, citizenship or any other status or characteristic covered by federal, state or local law.
