Server
Duties:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or special requests
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
- Prepare tables for new guests, including setting silverware, napkins, and condiments
- Clear and clean tables after guests have finished dining
- Assist with bussing tables and resetting for the next guests
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order delivery
- Follow all food handling and sanitation guidelines
Skills:
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and procedures
- Proficiency in food handling and safety protocols
- Experience with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in a dining area
