The Director of Corporate Facilities is responsible for overseeing the strategic and operations management of all HGV corporate offices. This role ensures a safe and functional environment that supports the organizations operations and aligns with brand standards. The Director will lead a team, manage the departments budget, lead initiatives to improve the functionality of the workplace environment.
You are responsible for driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards :
- Global Facilities Operations : Lead the day-to-day support for global corporate office spaces.
- Space Management : Develop and implement strategies for space utilization, workplace efficiency and reconfiguration. Plan and lead office space redesigns or relocations as necessary to optimize space and support business needs.
- Project Management : Lead the planning and execution of facilities related projects such as renovations and relocations. Coordinate with architects, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure timely and within-budget project completion.
- Budget Oversight : Develop and manage the facilities department budget, ensuring cost-effective operations. Forecast and control expenditures related to maintenance, capital improvements and facility services.
- Maintenance & Repairs : Ensure ongoing maintenance of building systems and resolve any facility-related issues
- Vendor & Contractor Relationships : Select, negotiate with, and manage third-party service providers for facilities services, including maintenance and cleaning
- Landlord Relationships : Act as the liaison to the landlords on all matters including but not limited to lease negotiations, facility repairs and general maintenance
- Other responsibilities as business and department needs arise.
