Safely operate a forklift on occasion to assist with moving and stocking larger parts.Inventory Management : Assist in tracking and maintaining parts inventory, ensuring stock levels are optimized and parts are properly stored and labeled.Parts Associate Support : Assist in the day-to-day operations of the parts department, including preparing parts for delivery, assisting with customer inquiries, and maintaining an organized work environment.Customer Service : Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, offering solutions, and helping with any parts-related issues, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.Cross-Department Collaboration : Work alongside other departments to ensure smooth operations, including collaborating with the service department on parts availability for repairs or vehicle maintenance.Learning & Growth : Continuously learn about the different parts and services offered and be open to taking on new responsibilities within the parts department.
