- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly, providing information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
- Process reservations and cancellations through various channels, ensuring accuracy in bookings.
- Maintain the front desk area in an organized and professional manner.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and resolve issues effectively.
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Utilize phone etiquette skills to manage incoming calls, directing them appropriately or addressing guest concerns as needed.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel management is preferred but not required.
