What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk/Guest Services position at Hilton Home2 Suites?
Part time positions are available for those interested in working in a fast paced environment in which you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to all guests and clients of the hotel; taking accurate hotel reservations; provide directions to various areas in the Treasure Valley; handling cash and credit cards according to the hotel policies; and assist in all areas of the hotel as needed.
- At least 1 year experience in a similar capacity.
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours).
- Ability to perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, follow-through, courteous to guest/co-workers, cooperativeness and work with minimum supervision.
- Ability to compute mathematical calculations.
- Ability to solve practical problems for guest based on the hotel policies.
- Ability to work well under pressure of check-in/check-out of guest and handle multiple tasks at once.
- Punctuality and reliability is a must.
- Honesty and integrity.
- Rotating shifts would include 7am to 3pm, 3pm to 11pm and 11pm to 7am. (Weekends are a must.)
