Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring all guest information is accurately recorded.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during their stay.
- Maintain an organized front desk area and ensure all necessary supplies are stocked.
- Perform night audit duties as required, balancing daily transactions and preparing reports for management.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Provide information about local attractions, services, and hotel amenities to enhance the guest experience.
- Assist with reservations and manage room assignments effectively.
Skills
- Strong background in customer service is preferred.
- Experience in guest services is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest relations.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Multilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
- Familiarity with hotel management software is advantageous but not required.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and customer service excellence is essential.
