Technical Proctor Coordinator
Job Description :
Maintain knowledge of diversity-related issues, legislation, and best practices
Maintain and process budget and purchase order information
Provide roving proctor duties to various campus locations
Identify the student / candidate with proper identification per vendor requirements
Monitor user's access to testing lab computers
Administer and proctor ALL assessments with integrity and adhere to compliance regulations
Works closely with ALL campus locations proctors to ensure all labs are functioning effectively to administer "Fair Testing" compliance
Provide guidance and implementation of processes for Workkeys assessment and all other vendor, proctor, MSVCC proctoring data reporting
Provide training and guidance for all other campus proctor team

GENERAL STATEMENT OF THE FUNCTION

Roving proctor duties; must have adequate driving transportation, valid state driver's license and satisfactory driving record must be maintained to be able to support of ALL Testing Coordinators various locations.
