JOB PURPOSE
Manage and administer hiring process steps and assessments with a high degree of customer and quality focus. Maintain and help improve standardized hiring process conditions to meet customer needs.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Communicate with small to large groups of candidates using standardized scripts.
- Engage with candidates to answer questions or give direction about the hiring process.
- Administer computer-based and hands-on assessment sessions.
- Track, enter, and manage candidate data using applicant tracking systems.
- Troubleshoot basic computer and / or mobile device issues.
- Schedule candidates to assessment sessions via email, phone, or text.
- Evaluate candidate test results following standardized procedures.
- Provide and / or update hiring process status reports.
- Deliver status updates to client.
- Collaborate with customers, contractors, and team members, both local and remote, to resolve issues and improve the process.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
