Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee our office operations and ensure a smooth workflow in our family run business. This role is essential in maintaining an efficient office environment while supporting team management and administrative tasks.
Duties
- Manage daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all clerical functions.
- Communicate with customers, keep track of pending jobs, assign jobs to staff daily
- Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents.
- Utilize QuickBooks for accounting tasks such as invoicing, payroll processing, and financial record keeping.
Experience
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar administrative role is preferred.
- Strong clerical skills with proficiency in office software applications.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with team members and customers
- Experience with customer service, budgeting, payroll, and team management is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus.
