We are seeking someone with experience in office management, ideally in the construction industry. We are looking for a self-starter with a great work ethic who is looking to take ownership for managing the day-to-day activities of our office support staff. Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the building and office.
- Order all office supplies.
- Manage corporate credit cards and expense budgets.
- Assist HR with onboarding of new associates.
- Calculate commissions for all Outside Sales Representatives, based on information from credit memos and commission paysheets.
- Collect weekly/monthly pay and bonus sheets from the various Sales Leads and coordinate with the payroll department to ensure appropriate compensation for Outside and Inside Sales Representatives.
- Maintain on-going spreadsheets of sales and production metrics to show YOY performance for the evaluation of the performance of Sales Representatives.
- Manage the commissions draw accounts for Sales Representatives.
- Assist SageHome corporate with workers comp and insurance claims.
- Manage fleet resources. This includes coordinating regular maintenance ( oil changes and tires are generally handled by the individual drivers) and unanticipated major repairs. Coordinate insurance claims after accidents.

Requirements
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- A minimum of 5 years’ office management experience.
- Experience working with 1099 contractors preferred.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Professional approach while possessing leadership characteristics.
- Display the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining effective customer service skills.
- Neat and professional appearance.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to pass drug-screen and background check.
