Health Services Director duties include:??
- Oversight and coordination of care providers schedules and time keeping
- Coordinate resident care ensuring they remain as independent as possible for as long as possible
- Provide outreach and support to families
- Assist in the recruiting, hiring and training of team members
- Manage team member recognition, engagement and performance management
- Update and maintain the software with resident details including medications, family information and information
- Liaison with hospital personnel, physicians, community organizations and other health related service agencies to provide care to the residents.
- Leadership participation in Stand-up meeting
- Maintain positive image for Community and Insight Living

Requirements
Qualifications:
- RN, LPN or 2 years of education in human services or health care field preferred
- 2 years health services experience
- Must be able to meet all state and local requirements for employment screening including drug and background screening including abuse registry for certain positions.?

- Establish and maintain a customer-service/hospitality focused culture
- Sincere interest in providing quality and compassionate services for seniors?
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills?
- Maintain confidentiality and protect resident’s privacy?
