Service Manager Responsibilities:
• Respond to and support customers with service requests
• Prepare customer quotes
• Schedule technicians for multiple projects
• Coordinate customer jobs with the installation team
• Schedule follow up visits
• Track labor time
• Prepare and track support agreements for renewal
• Request and process equipment repairs / returns with vendors
Service Manager Requirements:
• 3 years of customer service/office experience in a service-related industry
• Scheduling / coordination experience is required
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel & Outlook
• Strong organizational and follow up skills
