As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with existing customers. You will work closely with the warehouse and operations team to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound sales inquiries via phone, and email.
- Process customer orders, quotes, and returns.
- Provide detailed product information to customers and help them choose the right fasteners for their needs.
- Work closely with warehouse staff to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, and customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- Proven inside sales experience, preferably in industrial or hardware sales.
- Strong knowledge of fasteners, nuts, bolts, and related products is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Previous experience in customer service or sales within a warehouse or manufacturing environment is a plus
Hours: M-F 8-5 (Must be available to work on Saturday's when scheduled!)
Pay: $13.00 plus OT
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen!
Salary : $13 - $14
