An established manufacturing company is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Account Manager to join its team. This role is responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring order accuracy, and providing top-tier service through every stage of the order lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Review incoming orders for accuracy and completeness, ensuring alignment with customer specifications.
- Monitor order progress and proactively communicate updates, including potential delays and resolution strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams — including production, logistics, and quality control — to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Resolve client issues quickly and professionally with a strong focus on solutions and service excellence.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting client relationships through consistent communication and support.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client communications, order changes, and account status.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in account management, customer service, ideally within CPG, medical device or nutraceuticals
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Highly organized with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
