WHAT YOU WILL DO
The Systems Administrator will play a key role in configuring and maintaining critical insurance systems, analyzing data to identify process improvements, and collaborating with stakeholders across different departments. This role requires a strong understanding of insurance operations, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Configure and maintain core systems to support essential business operations and ensure compliance with industry regulations
- Collaborate with colleagues across different departments to analyze existing processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement system enhancements
- Thoroughly test system configurations to guarantee they meet business needs and adhere to established standards
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between business units and technical teams, translating business requirements into technical specifications and vice versa
- Empower end-users through training and support on system functionalities, ensuring they can effectively utilize available tools and resources
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- 2-5 years of experience in configuration and insurance systems, including claims systems, policy administration systems, or risk management information systems (Origami Risk preferred, but not required)
- Track record of success with system configuration and process optimization
- Outstanding ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences (technical and non-technical)
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, with expertise in spreadsheet software and other relevant applications (strongly preferred)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a related field
Salary : $95,000
