- Aftermarket Sales Coordinator
- Position Location: Madison Heights, Michigan
Seeking a motivated Inside Sales Coordinator to drive business opportunities, manage customer accounts, and provide exceptional support. This role contributes to the growth of the company's aftermarket sector in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with new and existing customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Support inbound sales inquiries, respond to requests for quotes, product information, and delivery timelines.
- Follow up on leads, process orders, and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure accurate order processing and timely deliveries.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach, cross-selling, and upselling.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the operating system.
- Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or four to five years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and experience with the company's operating system and PDM.
