Summary

Seeking a motivated Inside Sales Coordinator to drive business opportunities, manage customer accounts, and provide exceptional support. This role contributes to the growth of the company's aftermarket sector in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with new and existing customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
• Support inbound sales inquiries, respond to requests for quotes, product information, and delivery timelines.
• Follow up on leads, process orders, and ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure accurate order processing and timely deliveries.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach, cross-selling, and upselling.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the operating system.
  
  

Education And Experience

• Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or four to five years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and experience with the company's operating system and PDM.
