Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all HR functions for the US plant, including recruitment, staffing, onboarding, and employee development.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with both local labor laws and corporate values.
- Ensure compliance with US labor laws, OSHA regulations, and other industry-specific requirements.
- Manage employee relations, including addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with market standards.
- Implement performance management systems, including appraisals, feedback, and development plans.
- Provide HR support and guidance to management and employees.
- Work closely with leadership to support organizational development, talent management, and succession planning.
- Handle HR-related documentation, reporting, and HRIS systems management.
- Assist with the creation and implementation of training programs to enhance employee skills and compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certifications preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, ideally in a manufacturing or automotive environment.
- In-depth knowledge of US labor laws, compliance, and best practices.
- Experience in full-cycle recruitment and employee development programs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
