Experienced in general management/sales&markting/operation in premium hardware or electronic consumer goods industry, prefer with 8:15 years related works experiences.
Drive and Initiative:
The General Manager, U.S. Operations, will lead the establishment and growth of our U.S. team, focusing on local marketing, technical support, and business development.

Key Responsibilities:
Team Building and Office Setup:
- Establish the U.S. team from the ground up, including office location selection, setup, and recruitment
- Develop and implement management systems and processes
- Plan and execute local market activities such as trade shows, user meetups, KOL meetings, and media events
- Establish and maintain offline product display points, including opening the company's U.S. office to interested customers for product experience
- Provide user training and high-priority customer support locally, while most customer service tasks are handled by the team in Shenzhen
- Develop offline channel partnerships, and expand into retail and educational channels
- Collect market and user feedback through various channels to continuously improve our products and services
- Lead the team to enhance the localization of our brands in the U.S. market
- Act as a bridge between the U.S. and China teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration
