We are seeking a Paid Influencer Manager to identify, engage, and manage relationships with micro-influencers and content creators for high-quality content production. This strategic role requires strong negotiation skills and the ability to foster lasting partnerships. The Paid Influencer Manager will handle the entire content creation process from outreach to contract management.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Sourcing & Recruitment: Use platforms like Backstage Casting and Aspire to find and recruit UGC creators and micro-influencers to optimize costs and ensure quality content.
• Cold Outreach & Relationship Building: Reach out to micro-influencers and relevant professionals on social media, building strong, long-term relationships.
• Contract Management & Negotiation: Negotiate terms with creators for content usage and manage the contract signing process.
• Content Management & Quality Control: Oversee content creation, ensuring it meets brand standards and provide feedback to align with campaign goals.
• Best Practices & Creator Coaching: Develop best practices for content creation and coach creators to enhance the quality of their work.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting: Track KPIs related to creator engagement and content quality, providing regular updates to the Director of Growth.
