- 10 years of proven experience in operational leadership roles across multiple North American industrial service locations.
- Demonstrated success in achieving operational results through goal setting, high energy, KPI management, and operational discipline.
- Strong collaborative skills with a history of driving results through teamwork.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Experience in industrial services leadership, particularly with boiler systems, pumps, compressors, or motors, is highly desirable.
