Position: Maintenance Specialist

Location: Seattle, WA (warehouse relocating to Renton, WA in January 2025)

Pay: $22/hr

Type: Full-time

Schedule: FLEXIBLE SCHEDULING! Night Shift, between 3:30pm to 2:30am

In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping our fleet in top-notch condition and ensuring a seamless experience for riders.

What You'll Do:

• Repair & Diagnose: Utilize your mechanical skills to perform routine and preventive maintenance on the fleet, ensuring vehicles remain in optimal condition.
• Vehicle Refurbishment: Execute extensive repairs, including breaking down and refurbishing vehicles to restore them to like-new performance.
• Communicate & Collaborate: Maintain clear communication with supervisors to share updates on successes and challenges in the service center.
• Inventory Management: Assist with material movement of scooters and other inventory within the warehouse.
• Stay Organized: Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized for efficient operations.
  
  

Must-Haves:

• A passion for technology, vehicles, and problem-solving.
• Comfort navigating and using smartphone apps.
• Strong mechanical skills and understanding of hand tools.
• Physical capability to bend, stoop, and lift up to 40 lbs. frequently.
• Ability to stand for 8 hours a day.
• Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Flexible availability, including weekends.
• Self-directed and collaborative team player.
  
  

Highly Desired:

• Previous mechanical or related experience.
• Experience in delivery, transportation, logistics, or warehousing.
• Familiarity with inventory management.
