Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality maintenance work within our single-family rental homes. This includes completing maintenance service requests, providing exceptional customer service, and adhering to all company operational and safety policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promptly and professionally complete maintenance service requests across multiple trade categories
- Provide excellent customer service and promote a positive living experience for all residents
- Perform proactive maintenance and repairs to reduce future reactive maintenance service requests
- Offer continuing education to residents regarding important maintenance topics
Requirements:
- Minimum one year of previous experience in property management maintenance or related field
- Broad knowledge of residential construction and mechanical systems
- Ability to read, write and understand English proficiently
- Proficiency in using mobile devices and various mobile applications
