Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Floor Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of floors in various facilities.
Duties
- Perform floor care duties including buffing, waxing, and carpet cleaning
- Utilize commercial cleaning equipment for floor maintenance
- Execute custodial tasks to ensure a clean and safe environment
- Adhere to environmental services standards for waste disposal and sanitation
- Conduct regular inspections of floors for maintenance needs
Experience
- Prior experience in floor care and commercial cleaning is preferred
- Knowledge of buffing and carpet cleaning techniques is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently and independently
- Strong attention to detail in cleaning tasks
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $11.50 - $12.50 per hour
