- A concierge order experience
- Merchant order management and rapid MX acquisition
- In person delivery support.
- This role will be responsible for the execution and success of our highest priority orders.
- They will support our corporate catering clients and their order needs to ensure we hit our quarterly GOV goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate orders with clients.
- Build catering orders for external approval.
- Place orders and support order adjustments
- Merchant order management and rapid acquisition
- (EOQ: ~15 orders per week per person)
- Concierge order experience (EOQ: ~25 orders per week per person)
- Coordinate orders with merchants that fall outside the scope of our existing product
- Work with MX to ensure orders meet clients needs (e.g. enough food)
- Provide support above and beyond the scope of dashers (e.g. purchase utensils last minute)
- Support training and onboarding new dashers into our catering program
- Client facing representative of *** and accompany Dashers to high stakes orders to ensure things go smoothly.
- Client facing experience (restaurant, catering, or account management experience is a plus)
- Ability to solve problems on the fly and get to a desired outcome
- Strong work ethic, flexible schedule, and a bias towards action
- Strong written and communication skills
- Detail oriented with an eye for design (e.g. order set up and menu presentation
- Enable catering orders from merchants not previously Onboarded into our LO program Delivery Support (EOQ: ~5 orders per week per person)
