Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with their benefit choices and educate them on their benefits options.
- Conduct enrollment events, benefit fairs, and health fairs to educate employees on employer-sponsored benefits.
- Represent HireTalent at benefit fairs, open enrollment sessions, and other client-facing events.
Requirements:
- Active Life and Health Insurance License (Mandatory)
- Reliable Transportation And Drivers License
- Experience in benefits education (employee-sponsored plans, group health, dental, pharmacy, vision, supplemental health insurance)
- Ability to work on-demand with short notice availability
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills
- Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and email access
