- Analyze workflow, implement process improvements, and optimize resource utilization
- Lead and mentor a team of histology professionals to uphold excellence in patient care
- Oversee financial performance, supply management, and quality assurance initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Histotechnology, Medical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, Biomedical Sciences, Biology, or Chemistry (required)
- 3–5 years of supervisory experience in Histology (Lab Manager or Director experience preferred)
- Hospital or central laboratory experience is required
- National Certification as a Medical or Histology Technologist
