Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee histology lab operations, ensuring high-quality service and regulatory compliance
- Analyze workflow and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
- Lead and mentor a team of histology professionals to maintain excellence in patient care
- Optimize financial performance, oversee supply management, and drive quality assurance initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Histotechnology, Medical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, Biomedical Sciences, Biology, or Chemistry (required)
- 3–5 years of supervisory experience in Histology (Lab Manager or Director experience preferred)
- Hospital or central laboratory experience required
- National Certification as a Medical or Histology Technologist
