Job Overview:
The Intake/Sales Specialist is responsible for being the first point of contact for potential clients. You will play a key role in converting leads into clients by listening to their needs, gathering important case information, and communicating the value of our services. This position requires a proactive approach to client engagement, a persuasive sales manner, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initial Client Contact: Respond promptly to inquiries from potential clients via phone, email, and web forms.
- Client Screening: Conduct preliminary screening of potential clients to assess their legal needs and determine case viability.
- Lead Conversion: Effectively communicate the benefits of our legal services to potential clients, answering questions and addressing concerns to convert inquiries into consultations.
- Case Information Gathering: Collect and input detailed information from potential clients into the CRM system to assist attorneys in case evaluation.
- Follow-Up: Manage follow-up communications to nurture leads, ensuring no potential client is left without proper attention.
- Scheduling: Coordinate consultations between clients and attorneys, ensuring proper scheduling and intake procedures.
- Sales Goals: Meet or exceed individual sales targets for lead conversions.
- CRM Management: Maintain and update client records in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and timely follow- up.
- Collaboration: Work closely with attorneys and administrative staff to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in intake and sales in a legal or professional services environment.
- Spanish Bilingual is required
- Sales Skills: Proven track record in sales or lead conversion with strong persuasive communication abilities.
- Technology: Proficient with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales-related technology.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Client-Focused: Ability to build rapport with clients and handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
