Job Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in selecting a vehicle that meets their needs.
- Present and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits.
- Conduct test drives and follow up with potential buyers.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of vehicle inventory, pricing, and promotions.
- Provide transparent and accurate information regarding financing and leasing options.
- Build strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics.
- Work closely with the sales team and management to ensure a seamless buying experience.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and new vehicle features.
Requirements
- Previous automotive sales experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use CRM tools.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior experience in customer service or sales is a plus.
