Job Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive dealership growth.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, ensuring team members meet key performance metrics.
- Assist in the sales process by engaging with customers and closing deals as needed.
- Manage vehicle inventory, ensuring proper stocking levels and rotation.
- Work closely with the finance department to ensure smooth transactions.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and resolve any sales-related concerns.
- Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all dealership policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Previous automotive sales management experience required.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Proven ability to drive sales and exceed performance goals.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Education and Experience
