What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR Accounting Assistant position at Hiring?
Summary of Position
This position will work closely with the CFO and handle customer deposits, daily invoicing and HR duties for multiple small companies. Must be a team player that is detailed oriented that can work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Daily invoicing of multiple companies
- Check deposits and reconciliation of customer accounts
- Collection of delinquent accounts
- Month end billing and reporting
- Assist in bank reconciliations
- Handle the onboarding and terminating of employees
- Maintain manual employee records as well as maintaining Paylocity website
- Enroll/discontinue employees into health, dental, 401K, FSA plans, Cobra, etc.
- DUA, 401K, HIRD and various census/survey reporting etc.
- Various other duties as needed
Requirements
Human Resource Certifications
Associates degree in Accounting
Previous experience with accounting, benefits and payroll
Knowledge of spreadsheet preparation and analysis
Prior experience in a Manufacturing Environment helpful
Familiar with Paylocity, Excel, QuickBooks and Manufacturing Software
